   I love this new concept that audio can be a “writing system”, so an audiorecording can take the place of typed text. This is a huge step forward for language software, especially language software that is aimed at pre-literate or newly-literate communities. And the way in which this has been implemented in WeSay is brilliant: hold down the button, speak, release. As easy as a walkie-talkie.

   NOTE: Always test your equipment carefully and evaluate a few sample recordings before doing a lot of them.
